1. Notice must be received via email or registered mail within 30 days of a course being activated in the student portal.
2. If a refund is received the course will be dropped from the transcript and no credit will be issued.
3. If the course is added at a later date the student will need to begin again at the beginning of each course that was cancelled.
4. There will not be refunds or partial refunds after the initial 30 day period.
5. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of notice.
